Do you provide the items, or do I send them to you?
Clients typically provide the items for in-studio commissions. You’ll ship your items to our Pennsylvania studio. Once complete, we’ll carefully package and return them to you, including international shipping if needed.
How long does an in-studio commission take?
Standard turnaround time is 5–10 business days from the time your item is received. If you need a faster turnaround, rush services are available for an additional fee.
Can I preview the design before you calligraphy, engrave or foil it?
Yes! For most orders, especially those with multiple words or logos, we provide a digital mock-up for you to approve before we complete the final project.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer tracked and insured international shipping. Costs vary by destination and package weight, and will be included in your final invoice.
