Wedding signage inquiries are welcomed up to 12 months in advance. Booking as early as possible is recommended to ensure availability and allow ample time to thoughtfully design and curate signage that aligns beautifully with your wedding vision.

To reserve your wedding date, a custom proposal will be sent via email. Your date is officially secured once the contract is signed and a 50% non-refundable retainer is received.

Wedding signage is most commonly created on acrylic, glass, mirrors, and chalkboards; however, I’m always happy to explore new and unique surfaces. Clients are welcome to provide their own materials by shipping them to the studio or arranging a local drop-off.

Final guest lists are typically requested 3–4 weeks prior to the wedding date. This timeline ensures ample time for careful finishing details while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship.

The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date, allowing ample time to finalize details and ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.

Yes. Wedding signage can be carefully packaged and shipped for an additional shipping fee. Local clients are also welcome to arrange pickup in Carlisle, Pennsylvania for added convenience.
