  • Returns

    Due to the nature of the customization of the product, returns are not accepted. However, if the item is defective, misspelled or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at slmanddesignco@gmail.com. We will work with you to get the correct order.

    If the shipping box arrives damaged or gets lost, we are not responsible and will not accept returns or refunds.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
